Rapunzel is a young girl living with her mother, Gothel, in home surrounded by a high wall. Gothel had magic powers that allowed her to grow anything she wished. She was not allowed to go out or look outside the wall. One day she did and was surprised by what she saw. She also saw and met her real mother. Her mother was a slave in the mines. One day she decided to run away, but she got caught. She was taken to the forest and imprisoned in a tall tree. While there her hair grew very long and she was able to escape. They became good friends and decided to help each other. Rapunzel was able to defeat Gothel and save all the slaves.
